Delivery zones
We deliver in France, the European Union (EU), and internationally, including to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, and other eligible countries.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 24 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), from the date of order confirmation.

Estimated delivery times

• France: 1 to 3 business days
• European Union: 5 to 8 business days
• United States: 5 to 8 business days

These delivery times are provided for guidance purposes only and may vary depending on the destination, the carrier or exceptional conditions (strikes, customs, peak activity periods, etc.).

Delivery costs

• France: Free standard delivery. VIP option available for €9.90.
• EU: Standard delivery at €9.90
• International (outside the EU, e.g., USA, Canada, United Arab Emirates…): €12.90
  These prices are fixed, regardless of the number of items ordered.

Parcels are shipped via different carriers depending on the destination and available stock, including:
Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, DHL, FedEx, YunExpress.

A tracking number is systematically provided to the customer as soon as their order is shipped.

Warehouses and product origin

Items may be shipped from multiple warehouses depending on availability (France, Europe, USA, or other international suppliers).

Areas not served

We do not deliver to military areas, post office boxes, or certain island areas or overseas territories, unless otherwise stated in the shipping options offered at the time of order.

- We deliver seven days a week
- Standard deliveries are dispatched via specialist carriers and are normally delivered within 3-5 working days.
- Express deliveries are dispatched same day (if ordered before 2:30 p.m.) for delivery within 1-2 working days.
- For weekend deliveries, orders need to be placed by 2:30 p.m. on Friday.
- Larger Items are dispatched using our team of specialist national carriers. You will be contacted within 48 hours verifying your order and an estimated delivery date.
- Deliveries direct from manufacturers or suppliers can take a little longer but we will keep you informed and updated.
