We deliver to France, the European Union (EU), as well as to
internationally, notably in the United States, Canada, Australia, the Emirates
United Arab Emirates, and other eligible countries.

Processing time

These prices are fixed, regardless of the number of items ordered.

Packages are shipped via different providers depending on the destination and the
available stock, including:

Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, DHL, FedEx, YunExpress.

Order tracking

A tracking number is systematically
communicated to the customer upon dispatch of their order.

Warehouses and product origin

Items may be shipped from multiple warehouses depending on the
availability (France, Europe, USA, or other international suppliers).

Unserved areas

We do not deliver to military zones, boxes
postal , nor certain island areas or DOM-TOM ,
unless otherwise stated in the shipping options offered when ordering.
